We have a problem with our database, forcing us to use a backup made last night at 2am. All data saved after this backup will unfortunately be lost, everything else (saved before 2am last night) will be recovered.

We are really sorry about this incident and we are doing our best to restore the service as soon as possible.

We have just restored the service as planned. Please note that the data on your websites is now the same as when we last backed up at 2am last night. If some data is missing, you will have to re-enter it or ask your users to re-enter it.

Again, we apologize for the problems caused by this outage and hope that it did not have too much impact on your business. We have a powerful backup system, as you can see, but we are limited by the period of these backups.
